1. Introduction & Consent

Welcome to crizzytime. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between users of the crizzytime platform and the company operating crizzytime.

By registering on or using crizzytime, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using crizzytime.

2. Account Registration & Management

The following rules apply when creating an account on crizzytime:

• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration — providing false information may result in account termination.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method may result in all associated accounts being blocked.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential — do not share it with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact crizzytime support immediately.
• Inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 months) may be closed.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations, crizzytime verifies the identity of all members. The following documents must be submitted before making a withdrawal or at any time upon request by crizzytime:

• A scan or clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent bank statement or utility bill (issued within the last 3 months) for address verification.
• Proof of payment method ownership (if required).

Failure to complete verification or providing false information may result in account suspension and a hold on your balance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on crizzytime:

• Minimum deposit amounts and available payment methods are listed on the deposit page.
• Deposits are generally instant — bank transfers may take 2–6 hours.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Transactions are supported via both mobile banking and bank transfer.

Crizzytime reserves the right to hold any suspicious transaction pending investigation. Once the investigation is complete, legitimate transactions are processed promptly.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Crizzytime offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus offer page.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require a certain number of wagers before withdrawal (typically 20x–40x).
• Time limit: Every bonus has an expiry date — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Eligibility: Some bonuses apply only to specific games or specific members.
• One Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously (with certain exceptions).

6. Gaming Rules

Please keep the following in mind when playing on crizzytime:

• Each game has its own rules — please read them before you start playing.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets placed in that round will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to network disconnection, the outcome will be determined based on the server-side data at the time of disconnection.
• All game outcomes are determined by RNG and are internationally audited.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on crizzytime. Violations may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Fraudulent or deceptive transactions.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Bonus system abuse or "bonus hunting".
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Attempting to hack or tamper with the platform's software.

8. Responsible Gaming

Crizzytime believes gaming is meant to be fun — not a solution to financial problems. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• You can set deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits.
• A temporary account suspension (cooling-off) option is available.
• Requests for permanent self-exclusion can be submitted to Support.
• Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

Crizzytime makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, crizzytime is not liable in the following cases:

• Loss resulting from your internet connection being interrupted.
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss resulting from sharing your account password with another person.
• Temporary service disruptions due to unexpected technical failures.

11. Terms Updates & Contact

Crizzytime reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• You will be notified by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• A notice will be posted on the main page of the site.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
